Membership is NOT required to order from MVDC. Although we recommend that Veterinarians become members of this co-operative you may use MVDC's facilities as a non-member. Non-members enjoy the same privileges as members - price - special offerings - delayed billings etc. but do not receive a Patronage Dividend. 

All Supplier Discounts, Specials, Delayed Terms, etc., are passed on to the customer and a 1.5% Case Lot Discount applied to Case Items ($250 minimum item value).

	Pre-Authorized Debit processed in 15 day cycles.
	30 days net from invoice billing date - 15 days net for VISA© and MasterCard© customers.
	Up to 3% Prompt Payment Discount given, on applicable items, if paid within 15 days of invoice date.
