Teva's 10th Anniversary of the Aqcuisition of Novopharm Ltd.

In celebration of this event we are officially changing our name to TEVA CANADA LIMITED. This change is legally effective today, February 16th, 2010.


There will be some changes that will happen immediately, and other changes gradually over the next 18-24 months.

Immediate Changes:

• Our system will have the name changes implemented by February 20th. Please see attached spreadsheet with all the changes.
• Invoices to you will be listing the names as seen in the attachment.
• Product Codes and UPC will remain the same.
• NOVO prefixes changes to TEVA
• Semi Branded names changed to molecule name eg. Novo-Lexin will be listed as Teva-Cephalexin.

Gradual Changes:

• Labels and Cartons, this will happen as inventory is depleted. You may be invoiced for a TEVA product but receive a label that states NOVO
